CAUTION:

To reduce the risk of fire, use only on circuits provided with 16 ampere branch-circuit protec-
tion in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70.
Installation:
Warning:
Wiring methods shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code/NFPA 70/
NFPA 72/ANSI, and with all local codes and authorities having jurisdiction. Product is intend-
ed for indoor use only.
1. Hang the switch power supply in the rigid place with the hanging steel wire fixed on the
unit, or mount the switch power supply in desired location with the mounting bracket kits.
Contact with local sales office for details.
2. To be sure the main switch of the switch power supply is off, then connect the AC mains
and the switch power supply with related AC cord.
3. Connect the device and the switch power supply with DC output cable.
4. The switch power supply is ready to be used.
General:
Warning:
Failure to read and follow the safety instructions in this Manual before using and
installing the Switch power supply could result in serious or fatal injury or property damage.
1. Keep the Switch power supply away from children. Make sure that all persons who operate
the Switch power supply read and follow this instruction Manual.
2. The Switch power supply should only be used with MIRKA approved accessories. Using the
Switch power supply with non-approved accessories may result in serious or fatal injury
or property damage. The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be
easily accessible.
3. Never attempt to use the Switch power supply to power any device that requires more
than 200 Watts of continuous output power.
4. To avoid potential property damage, disconnect input power to the Switch power supply
when it is not in use. The disconnection from line voltage is made by pulling the plug or
turn off the main switch.
5. Do not operate the Switch power supply near flammable materials or any locations
which can accumulate flammable fumes.Avoid operating the Switch power supply near a
heat source, heat vent, or in direct sunlight. In order to disperse the heat generated while
operating the Switch power supply, keep it well ventilated. While in use, maintain several
inches around the top and sides of the Switch power supply.
6. When operating the Switch power supply, regularly check that the input and output power
cables are firmly connected. Loose power cables can generate harmful heat which can
damage the Switch power supply or digital device.
7. If damage or wear to any component of the Switch power supply is observed, do not use
the Switch power supply and never attempt to repair it. Doing so could result in serious or
fatal injury or property damage. Return it to the place of purchase or have it repaired by a
qualified technician.
