IMPORTANT: When you move the air purifier, always lift the unit firmly with both hands.
5.2. SWITCHING ON/SWITCHING OFF THE PURIFIER
Plug the purifier into the power socket and press the on/off button (D) to turn it on.
At this moment, the air quality sensor will light up the quality indicator (3) in one of the 4 possible
colours, from best to least optimal, blue, yellow, orange and red, and the touch panel LEDs will also
light up with the last configuration (except for automatic mode).
To switch off the appliance, press the on/off button (D) three times until all the lights and the fan
switch off completely.
5.3. TIMER SETTING
Using the timer setting, you can program the purifier to operate continuously or for 2, 4 or 8 hours,
stopping automatically after this time.
To activate this function, press the timer setting button (A) following this sequence:
• 1st press: Automatic switch-off at 2 hours of operation
• 2nd press: Automatic switch-off at 4 hours of operation
• 3rd press: Automatic switch-off at 8 hours of operation
• 4th press: Continuous operation
The LED indicator that is found under each time unit will illuminate, indicating the selection made.
5.4. UV LIGHT/IONISER
Press the ultraviolet light/ioniser button (B) several times to activate/deactivate the ultraviolet light
and the ion emission mode following this sequence:
• 1st press: the ultraviolet light is activated
• 2nd press: the ultraviolet light remains active and the ioniser mode is switched on
• 3rd press: the ultraviolet light is deactivated and the ioniser mode continues
• 4th press: the ioniser mode is deactivated. Initial position
5.5. SPEED OF FILTERING
This purifier has 4 filtering speeds (I, II, III and Turbo) and a silent night mode. To choose between the
4 speeds mentioned above, press the filter speed button (C) several times in the following sequence:
• 1st press: Speed level I selected
• 2nd press: Speed level II selected
• 3rd press: Speed level III selected
• 4th press: Turbo speed level selected
In addition to these four Babypure 5 speeds, there is also a night mode in which the air quality indicator
light and the display are switched off and the filtering speed is reduced to a minimum to prevent
possible disturbances due to the light and background noise of the appliance.
To activate this mode, press the ultraviolet light/ioniser/night mode button (B) for 3 seconds. You
can exit this mode by pressing the button again.
