Step 2

: Connect to the OpenDRC and click on the synchronize button. A green dialog box will pop out saying that the firmware is

incompatible with the installed software.

Step 3

: Click OK and a Upgrade utility will automatically pop up.

Step 4

: Click on “Open Hex file” to browse to the firmware file and browse to the following folder: \Program Files\MiniDSP\OpenDRC-

2x2\firmware_tools\Windows .

Step 5

: Once the Hex file selected, click on “Program/Verify”.

IMPORTANT! Do not disconnect the unit during this step else you could put the unit into an unknown state.
