Ensure correct positioning of the conical seat (11) and rounded washer (12).
The lexible copper strap must not create a force shunt.
5.4 Coniguring overload protection
Note:
Positions, see Chapter
.
It is recommended to monitor the connected display device to ensure that the
measured value does not change during coniguration and locking.
6. Lift up the weighing object (e.g. vessel) and attach the cable set (7…14, 17).
7. Secure the nut (13) with the self-locking nut (14).
8. The crown nut (9) must be secured with the cotter pin (10).
9. If the weighing object is suspended on several load cells, the individual suspension
heights must be adjusted with the nut (13) so that the object is suspended exactly
horizontally or the load cells have the same output voltage.
10. The lexible copper strap (5) is intended to bridge the load cell electrically. Attach the
loose end of the measurement object as close as possible to the point of suspension.
1. Load the load cell with 130% of the maximum gross load to be weighed on the
weighing cell (but not more than 130% of the nominal load of the load cell).
2. Hand-tighten the locking screw (2) against the load cell and lock using the nut (3).
