How to Use It for Mind Programming When Going to Sleep
for Accelerated Learning and Exam Mastery
For the first 2 months, use one of the 3 Programs (ALEM203, AEM204
ALEM205) when you go to sleep at night. After the 2 months, you can
use them as often as you like.
All 3 Programs are for 29 minutes each.
