3.2 - Configure Remote Desktop Connection
The final step is to configure Remote Desktop Connection to work with the receipt printer.
Note
: You must complete this step on the computer where you have the receipt printer connected.
This step is not
required if you are not in a Remote Desktop environment.
1.
Complete one of the following:
If you are not using the basic edition of Windows 8, access Windows with an administrator account.
If you are using the basic edition of Windows 8, access Windows with the Administrator account.

Complete one of the following:

Select Start

Accessories

Run, type "mstsc", and press
Enter
.
On the Start screen, type "mstsc" and press
Enter
.
The Remote Desktop Connection window displays.

Click the Local Resources tab.
