PRELIMINARY RECOMMENDATIONS :
Unpack the appliance carefully. Keep and use the original packing in case you return the product to
the retailer. Remove plastic, cardboard all protections, pliers and other accessories. Remove the
adhesive plastic film protecting the stainless steel parts before switching the appliance on. In case
the unit looks damaged contact the retailer before use. Children should be kept away from packing
material, as it may be very dangerous for them to play with it.
SAFETY STANDARDS :
Oven is not designed for built-in use: do not place it in closet or closed compartment.
Check that the supply voltage of the grid corresponds to the one marked on the rating plate under the
appliance, which must be earthed and whose circuit in compliance with the relevant safety standards. In
case you dispose the appliance near walls and partition walls, kitchen furniture, decorative elements, etc.,
these should be made of antifire materials in compliance with the fire prevention standards.
Take care to keep a minimum distance of 10 cm. from the surrounding elements. Leave the top part free (not
near to ceiling). In the event of damage, the power cord should be removed and replaced by an original one.
In case the power socket and the plug of the appliance do not correspond, let the socket be removed and
changed by an authorized person only.

IMPORTANT : as the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliace may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
-the wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked
with the letter E or by the earth symbol, or coloured green or green and yellow;
-the wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or
coloured black;
-the wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or
coloured red;

UNITED KINGDOM :IMPORTANT : For appliaces fitted with a power supply cord and having a rated input
exceeding 3.0 kW the appliance must be
connected to a socket-outlet having a rated current exceeding 13A and that a 13A BS 1363 plug is
therefore not suitable.

USING YOUR OVEN :
In all pizza oven models both grills (cooking chambers) are completely indepent. Temperature for each
single grid can be adjusted autonomously by thermostats. In the right part of the appliance there is an
adjustable acoustic device. On model 15050 the heating elements (and warming action) are on bottom
grid only. Switches (2), one for each grid, switch on or off the element.They light when the element is
working. On model 15060, top and bottom grid heating elements are available. By its 2 swichtes (2) 3
different mode of use are available: only top heating, only bottom, both top and bottom. On model 15069
top and/or bottom heating are possible. Furthermore the power regulators allows to set the upper
quantity of heating from 0% to 100%. This way cooking results are perfect for every kind of pizza, even
thick and with rich toppings.
All pizza ovens are designed to frozen/ fresh pizza by radiant heat. Authorized personell only should
use the appliance. Any other use of the appliance is improper and dangerous.
Use original parts and accessories only. Do not leave the working appliance unattended. Keep children
and unauthorized people away from the appliance. Do not use it outdoors and do not expose to damp.
Do not soak or sprinkle it in water or any other liquid. Avoid cleaning the appliance with liquids, as it is
not waterproof. Do not cover the appliance: otherwise, risk of fire! Disconnect the plug when the
appliance is switched off. Disconnect the plug before moving the appliance.
Do not tear the power cord or the appliance by disconnecting the plug from the power socket. Avoid any
contact between the power cord and the appliance. During ordinary use the external structure of the
appliance is very hot: handle the appliance and its accessories only with heat resistant gloves:
otherwise, risk of burn! Cool the appliance off before moving it.
