PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN 

THE HOUSING BY YOURSELF. DOING SO MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND 

CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HUMIDIFIER OR RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

No mist 

Whether power is on

Press the power button.

Whether power plug is 

plugged tightly

Unplug and then plug again. When the 

power is returned, try again.

Whether water tank is not 

empty or attached to the 

base correctly

Add water and make sure the tank is 

correctly attached to the base.

Whether the ultrasonic trans-

ducer is not covered by white 

dust, scale or other objects.

Clean the ultrasonic transducer or 

remove the objects on it.

Air blows but 

no mist

Whether the ultrasonic  

transducer is not covered by 

white dust, scale or  

other objects.

Clean the ultrasonic transducer or 

remove the objects on it. Suggest to use 

soft or distilled water if your area has 

hard water.

The humidity has 

a bad smell

Whether water is clean 

and no foreign objects  

in the water

Clean the device thoroughly, and fill it 

with fresh water. 

White dust is 

forming on

Whether your area uses  

hard water

Use distilled water if this becomes a 

nuisance. Remember to clean the filter 

after use for a short time.

Device has 

stopped working

Whether water tank is not 

empty or attached to the 

base correctly

Add water and make sure the tank is 

correctly attached to the base.

Water is accumu-

lating outside of 

the device or the 

surrounding area.

Whether device is level

Unplug and place on level surface.  

Lower mist level setting and point mist 

nozzle away from objects. Raise device 

on a water-resistant level surface 2-3 feet 

off of floor.

Water drips

Whether water remains on 

the bottom of the tank

Wipe tank or tilt to drain before  

transporting.

Increased  

noise level

Whether device is placed on a 

flat, level, hard surface

Unplug and place on level surface.  

Make sure it is NOT placed on a soft or 

absorbent surface.
