5 Cleaning and Care
This chapter contains important information about the optimal care and cleaning of your
induction cooker. Observe this information to avoid damage.

Switch off the appliance prior to cleaning and disconnect the plug from the mains.

Cleaning should not be attempted before the appliance has cooled down.

Clean the appliance regularly and remove cooking spills to prevent them from getting
cooked on.

Only use cleaning agents that are appropriate for ceramic stovetops. Read the
manufacturer's instructions on the cleaning agent packaging.

Do not use acidic, aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.

Ensure that no liquid can get into the appliance openings.
