Using your Hot Plate:

Before using your Hot Plate for the first time, turn the Hot Plate on the highest settings for
3 to 5 minutes to condition the protective coating. This should be the only time the Hot
Plate is turned without a cooking utensil on it.
For the most efficient operation of your Hot Plate, flat base cooking utensils shall be used.
Turn the variable thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
The indicator lamp will turn on and the Hot Plate will start heating up.

When the food is ready, turn the variable thermostat knob to minimum and MAKE SURE
TO UNPLUG YOUR APPLIANCE.

NOTE: The indicator lamp will go off when the Hot Plate reaches the selected

temperature, and will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
