C. How to iron?
Helpful notes before ironing
1. Follow the manufacturers fabric label to make sure the fabrics are suitable for
steaming.
- If you see “do not iron” or this icon
, do not press the steam nozzle against
the garment. Instead attach the fabric brush and make sure to test on an inco
spicuous area prior to steaming the entire garment.
- If you see “do not steam” or this icon , do not steam the garment
2. Refer to the “Attaching the fabric brush” paragraph to determine whether to use the
fabric brush or not. Attach and remove the brush when the steamer and brush are
cool.
D. Ironing steps
1. Plug the garment steamer into an outlet, and the power indicator
light will turn on, indicating that the steamer is heating (Fig.4).
2. After about 35 seconds, the steamer is preheated and ready to use.
3. Prepare the water pump by holding steam button until steam forms.
4. To generate steam, press down on the steam button with your
index finger (Fig.5) as long as the steam button is held down,
steam will emit from the steam nozzle. When the steam button is
released, the steam will stop.
5. You can have continuous flow of steam without holding the steam
trigger, simply press the steam button and then slide the lever
downwards (Fig.6) and the steam will flow continuously without the
need to keep on pressing the steam button. To disconnect the continuous
flow of steam, press the steam button and slide the trigger upwards (Fig.7) then
release the steam button. Note: It is normal to hear the water pump or feel it in the
handle.
