Troubleshooting
• The appliance is equipped with a safety system. If the parts have not been assembled
properly, the appliance does not work. Check whether the parts have been assembled
in the right way, but switch off the appliance before you do so.
• If the motor unit gives off an unpleasant smell, check the quantities you are processing
and the time of processing. If the appliance has been running for more than 2 minutes
continuously, switch it OFF and let it cool down before restarting.
• If the appliance makes a lot of noise, gives off an unpleasant smell, is too hot to touch or
gives off smoke…etc, switch it off and unplug it. Kindly have the appliance checked by
a approved service center.
• If the filter is blocked, switch OFF the appliance, clean the feeding tube and the filter and
process a smaller quantity.
• If the filter touches the feeding tube or vibrates strongly during processing, switch OFF the
appliance and unplug it. Check that the filter is properly placed on the juice collector and
that the ribs in the bottom of the filter are fitted properly onto the driving shaft. Check also
if the filter is damaged, has cracks or any other irregularity that may cause malfunction.
If your appliance still does not work, contact an approved service centre (see list in
the warranty certificate).
