AutoOpen

In order to help the drying process, the
door will automatically open a little at
the end of the programme (except
Pre-wash, Short and Beer glasses). See
the Programme chart.

With the Medium, Intensive and
Glasses programmes, AutoOpen is only
activated with the Additional drying
function (see "Additional functions,
Additional drying").

This function can be deactivated if
wished.

Select the setting you want, and
confirm your selection with the
middle button.

If you have deactivated the

automatic door opening function but
would still like to open the door at
the end of the programme, then
make sure that you open the door
fully. Otherwise steam from the
dishwasher could damage the edge
of the worktop because the fan is no
longer running.

Optimise standby

To save energy, the dishwasher will
switch to Standby mode a few minutes
after the last time a button has been
pressed or a few minutes after the end
of the programme. The display and
indicator lights will go out and only the

-

indicator light will flash slowly.

If the dishwasher is not switched off at
the end of the programme, it will switch
off completely after a few minutes in
Standby mode.

The Optimise standby function can be
deactivated if wished. The display and
the indicator lights will not go out, and
the time lapse before the dishwasher
switches off will increase to approx. 6
hours, resulting in higher energy
consumption.

Select the setting you want, and
confirm your selection with the
middle button.

The dishwasher will not switch into
Standby mode whilst a programme
is running, if salt or rinse aid needs
to be replenished or there is a fault.
