Whilst Super freeze is switched on,
the interior lighting can sometimes
stay on even when the door is shut.
This is necessary for the correct
functioning of the appliance and is
not a fault.

Switching off Super freeze

Depending on the amount of food
placed in the freezer section, the Super
freeze function will switch off
automatically after approx. 50 hours.
The Super freeze indicator light will go
out and the appliance will continue
running at normal power.

To save energy, the Super freeze
function can be switched off once a
constant temperature of -18 °C or
colder has been reached in the freezer
section.

Press the Super freeze button. The
Super freeze indicator light will go
out, and the appliance will continue
to operate at normal power.
