Crisp function
It is a good idea to use the
Crisp function
(moisture reduction) when cooking food
which has a moist topping e.g. quiche,
pizza, tray bakes with fresh fruit
toppings or muffins.
Poultry in particular gets a good crisp
skin with this function.

Crisp function
can be used with any
oven function and has to be switched
on separately for each cooking
programme.
