Programming the Water
hardness level.
Turn the dishwasher off.
Turn the Program selector knob to
the “STOP” position.
Enter the programming mode by
pressing the “Top Solo” button, while
simultaneously turning the machine
“On”. After 2 seconds release the
“Top Solo” button. The “On” lamp
should be lit and the “Softener” lamp
should be blinking once you have en-
tered the programming mode. If the
“Softener” lamp is not blinking or if
other lamps are blinking, repeat the
process. (Ignore the “Salt” and
“Rinse aid” lamps).
Using the Table on the previous
page, set the Program selector knob
to the position that corresponds to
your water hardness level, then
press the “Top Solo” button to lock in
the selection.
Example:
For a water hardness of 6 gr/gal,
set the Program selector knob to
“NORMAL 55/130”, then press the “Top
Solo” button.
Return the Program selector knob to
the “STOP” position and turn the ma-
chine off. The programmed water
hardness is now stored.
The water hardness selector in the
wash cabinet is factory set to posi-
tion 6. This should only be changed
if your water has a hardness level
between 36 – 65 gr/gal.
