Checking the programmed water hard-
ness level
Switch the appliance off.
Turn the programme selector to the
“Stop” position.
Press the “Top Solo” button in and
whilst doing so at the same time
switch the dishwasher on using the
“On/Off” button. Release the “Top
Solo” button again within two seconds.
The “Salt” indicator light will start flashing.
Note:
If a different indicator light is on or flash-
ing, the process must be repeated.
Exception:
The “Rinse aid” indicator light will come
on if you have not yet added rinse aid
or if rinse aid needs replenishing.
Click the programme selector from
“Universal 55°” (1 o’clock) as far as
the “Energy save” position.
When the programme selector is at the
position which corresponds to the
water hardness setting already pro-
grammed, the “Top Solo” indicator light
will come on (see chart “Programming
and setting the water hardness level”).
Turn the programme selector to the
“Stop” position.
Switch the appliance off.
