TURNING OFF THE COLLAR AND REMOTE

CONTROL

In addition to turnin on the collar, button

 is also used to

turn it off:

› After selecting the collar to be turned off (by pressing Yellow

button nr. 1 or Blue button nr. 2) press and hold down button

, an off beep will sound on both the collar and remote

control to confirm the collar is off.

If, when turning off the collar, the dog is pointing, a light (red)

will remain on for about 5 seconds after turned off to indicate

pointing.

To turn off the remote control, simply hold down button

. An

off beep confirms the command.

USING THE REMOTE CONTROL

The  red  LED  corresponding  to  the  active  collar  will  quickly

blink at the top of the remote control.  This is helpful since it

provides both a visual and audio signal.

AUDIO ON THE COLLAR (“silent” function)

Button

turns collar sound on or off both for pointing and

for bell function. Press once to turn off audio (the remote con-

trol will beep to confirm sound off)

When collar audio is off, the collar is considered in “si-

lent” mode.

Press the button again to turn on audio (the remote control will

beep like the one selected on the collar to confirm sound on

or a warning will be emitted based on the option selected in

paragraph “remote control warnings”).

VIBRO

Button

sends a signal to the collar to turn on the “vibro”

function. The collar vibrates each time the button is pressed.

BELL FUNCTION (TRACE)

This is used to monitor the dog’s position in the event of poor

visibility or obstacles that do not permit visual monitoring.
Button

 turns on the bell function every 10 or 20 seconds;

this function is off by default.

› Press once.  The function is now on every 10 seconds an a

beep confirms activation on the remote control

 ›

Press a second time to turn on the function every 20 sec

-

onds.  Two beeps will sound on the remote control to con-

firm the change.

› Press a third time to return to the initial conditions when

the function is off.  The off beep will signal that the function

is off.

This function is subject to audio adjustment on the collar

, if

the collar is in “silent” mode (audio off), the function is muted.

Once audio is restored, the bell function will be heard.

LOCALISATION FUNCTION

An acoustic signal can be emitted on the collar to verify the

dog’s position at any time.

 › Press button

.  A sound will be emitted on the selected

collar each time the button is pressed.

This function is not subject to other settings so that the collar

will emit a sound when this button is pressed even when the

collar is in “silent” mode.

POINTER FUNCTION

This detects when the dog is pointing.

Thanks to a motion sensor on the collar, the collar will emit an

acoustic signal every two seconds (using the selected tone) if

the dog is immobile for more than 6 seconds.

The dog pointing signal can also be emitted on the remote

control.

Bt default, an acoustic signal return is emitted on the remote

control will the same tone selected on the collar and the point-

ing dog red LED will turn on. There are four ways to signal

pointing on the remote control:

 › by audio signal

 › by vibration

› by audio signal and vibration

› by visual red LED signal for the pointing dog.

WARNING:

If the collar is set without sound (“silent” function),

only the remote control will emit the pointing signal.

CHANGING POINTING SENSITIVITY

BeeperOne Pro is a product designed to perfectly adapt to

all needs.

In fact, pointing sensitivity can be changed to adapt to the

differences between various dogs, their way of pointing and

reacting to the prey.

There are three levels of sensitivity:

 ›

 High

(highest motion sensitivity - designed for dogs that re-

main fully immobile when pointing)

 ›

 Low

(lowest motion sensitivity thus the collar more easily

enters in pointing - designed for dogs that “shiver” when

pointing or when “guiding” to prey
