If you connect the keyboardto the computer by USB, it should be recognized. You can
hear a short sound and the computer shows the name of the keyboard. If this not happens,
there should maybe a technical problem.
You can see in the device manager if the keyboard is recognised!

Tab Hardware
Device
manager at Audio/Video/Game controller for the keyboard settings.
If you can’t see the keyboard as entry or with a yello (!) sign ther must be a problem with
the installing process. Delete the driver by hand and reconnect again.
Do you have set Midi-In port at your music program?
If not, no comunication with your music program is possible. Have a look in the manual of
your software how to do this.
Do you have to much midi-devices on the USB-port?
The USB-port only delivers 500mA of Current, if you take more the port stops working!
Did you test different USB-inputs of your computer?
Sometimes a single USB-input doesn’t work because USB1.0 or 2.0
Power supply does not work . . .
If the unit isn’t powered by power-supply, try to connect by USB-Connection. If it works
normal, the power-supply may be damaged.
