Precautions for cleaning and maintenance

Troubleshooting

Treatment of common problems

Possible reason

Failure

Treatment method

•

Perform cleaning after the steam microwave oven cools down. The steam microwave oven should be

cleaned regularly and all food residues should be removed from the steam microwave oven. Failure to

clean the steam microwave oven will degrade the surface of the appliance, which will affect the life of

the appliance and may lead to dangerous situations.

•

Use a cloth dipped in a soft detergent (such as cleanser essence) to wipe the outer shell of the steam

microwave oven, then wipe it with a damp cloth, and finally wipe with a dry cloth. It is strictly forbidden

to wipe the oven with hard objects such as a wire brush. Do not clean the oven door safety lock

system.

Warning:

Do not use rough scrubbing agents or sharp metal scrapers to clean the glass of the oven

door in order to avoid scratches on the glass surface. The scratches may cause the glass to shatter.

• Keeping the bottom of the oven cavity clean can avoid abnormal noises caused by the rotation of the

turntable during the operation of the oven.

•

Clean the door seal, cavity and adjacent fine parts.

•

The grease produced during cooking will corrode the oven cavity and affect the heating effect, thereby

changing the taste of the food. Therefore, please clean the oven cavity in time after use.

•

Wash metal bakeware, ceramic plate and metal grill with warm water. Note that do not use cold water

to clean the steam microwave oven immediately after cooking for a long time. Wait until the oven is

completely cooled down before cleaning.

•

The oven may output from the bottom or the side. The bottom microwave output port is covered by a

microcrystalline plate, and the side microwave output port is covered by a mica sheet (removable). Do

not remove the microcrystalline plate and mica sheet in order to prevent foreign matter from entering

the microwave output port. Foreign matter may cause fire after being heated by the microwave.

•

If you do not use the steam microwave oven for a long time, please operate it in Grill or light  for a few

minutes before using to evaporate the moisture accumulated in the oven.
