The whole machine fails to
work.

The power plug is not plugged
in properly.
•
Plug in the power plug properly.
The heating tube or the UV
tube fails to work.
•
The flip cover is not closed
properly.
•
Close the flip cover.
There is still water residue
on the tableware after
disinfection.
•
There are too many tableware
pieces piled up or there are too
much water accumulated on
the tableware.
•
Arrange tableware according to the
design of the bowl rack to drain
water.
•
There is odor in the
cabinet.
•
The cabinet is not clean.
•
Clean the cabinet.
