Routine maintenance
Be sure to cut off the power to prevent electric shock.

In order to use this product safely and efficiently, please clean and check regularly.
•
When the lamp needs to be cleaned, please use a soft dry without wiping.
•
Do not use detergent or organic solvents to wipe the lamp. Avoid causing problems
such as lamp discoloration, deterioration, reduced strength and damage to the
goods.
•
Please do not spray insecticide on the lamp, otherwise it will cause discoloration or
damage.

Power indicator is always red
1. Observe the lamp tube for damage and
abnormality;
2. Restart the power and enter the boot
process;
3. If the lamp does not work normally and
the red light keeps on, please cut off the
power and contact the after-sales
personnel.

No display on the host panel
Please check whether the power socket of
the UV germicidal lamp is connected
properly and whether the power supply is
