食物沸腾时,请下调温度设置。

 

 

盖上盖子可以减少烹饪时间,也可以通过保温来节约能源。

爆炒

选择一个陶制的兼容平底锅或一个大煎锅。

准备好所有原料和设备。爆炒速度要快。若要食物量多,可分批进行烹饪。
