Is the lid closed correctly?
Close the lid if not.
Check the wire connection,
door switch, safety switch and
PCBs.
Confirm all connections are correct.
Check and replace the harness if failure.
Check the Door switch and
Safety switch.
Door switch is NOT available for some models.
Check if the switches are open cycling with lid open
status. Check if the switches are short cycling with lid
close status. Replace the switch if failure.
Replace the PCBs.

Is the unit leveled well?
Check and adjust if the unit is not leveled well.

Leveling the washer
on page 10.
Does the load lean toward
oneside, or is the load a few
items?
Yes
The few items of clothing will clump together and their
weight will be in one place in the basket.
No
Check the Safety switch for
deformation.
Replace the switch if deformed.
Check and replace the
Suspend System.
The FOUR hanging bars might different. The color is
different if not same. Ensure same color for positions.
Replace the PCBs.
