If trouble occurs, contact Customer Care.

Only authorized service technicians are allowed to open and/or dismantle the machine.

If the machine does not function normally, an error indicator will be displayed at the control

panel and an alarm will sound off. Check and correct, as follows:

Top lid is not closed before

spinning or is opened while

the tub is spinning.

Incomplete water draining.

Abnormal water filling.

Manually and evenly distribute the clothes

in the tub.

Close the Top Lid.

Check the faucet if it is opened or not.
