Defrosting theory and steps:
Defrosting theory:
The defrosting of evaporator is realized by the heating of heater, following the temperature rise, the
frost on evaporator becomes water, and the water flow into the evaporating pan via the draining
system, the water in evaporating pan evaporate away finally
Defrosting steps:
Compressor switch off- -air duct closed---the fan in freezer chamber works for 3~10 min(for different
kinds of refrigerators, the time is different too)---the heater start working---the heater switch off when
the temperature rise to setting---defrosting done.
10.5 Test mode
Entry conditions
Press gear setting key A and hold for 5 seconds to enter the test mode. The LED light flashes at 0.5s
full display and 0.5s.
Product forced operation mode
In the test mode, press the button for the first time to enter the forced operation mode, and the
compressor and fan are forcibly turned on. LEDs 1, 2, and 3 are lit;
After forced operation for 72 hours, the system exits and the test mode interface is displayed. The
system enters the normal mode.
Product forced defrosting mode:
In the test mode, press the button for the second time to enter the forced defrosting mode, and the
system enters the defrosting control. LEDs 2, 3, 4 are lit;
Force the defrosting to complete a defrosting and exit. After exiting, the recovery test mode interface is
displayed and the system enters the normal mode.
Test mode exit
Press the button a third time to exit the test mode. Restore the set gear position display;
10.6Sensor fault display
When there is a fault, the corresponding LED light combination displays the fault code (cyclic display);
when there is no fault, the current running gear of the refrigerator is displayed.
Sensor failure display:
Refrigeration chamber temperature sensor failure, LED1\LED2 flashing. The temperature sensor
temperature is <-50 °C, or >+50 °C
The freezer defrosting sensor fault LED1\LED3 flashes. The temperature sensor temperature
<-50 °C, or >+50 °C;
The ring temperature fault LED1\LED4 flashes. The temperature sensor temperature is <-50°C,
or >+65°C.
