15.1 General problems
Problem Cause/solution
Device does not
respond (nothing
appears on the
display).

Battery pack is completely discharged
Communication
problems (between
myDatasensMINI
H2S 1000and PC)

Reduce the distance between the myDatasensMINI H2S 1000and USB
radio transmitter , and try to avoid obstacles such as walls and similar.
l
Check the value displayed by the DeviceConfig for the wireless signal
level [dBm]. To ensure a stable connection, this value should be higher
than -70dBm , for example -65dBm (see "Establishing a connection to a
device with a wireless M-bus interface" on page 49).
l
The capacity of the battery pack is virtually depleted.
Not all or no data is
available on the
server.
l
The measurement data and configurations have not been synchronised
between the DeviceConfig configuration program and the myDatanet
server.
l
The assignment of the device and site is not correct (see "Site" on page
38 or "Creating the site" on page 80).
H2S measurement
value is not
plausible.
l
Check the display for the number of remaining days until the next
calibration and next service is due (see "Display" on page 36).
