3. Activate the required measurement channel in the "Measurement channels" configuration section by
selecting the mode and specifying the serial number of the BLE Gauge (see "Measurement channels"
on page 41).
Note:
If you have purchased the BLE Gauge and a compatible data logger (e.g. myDatalogGauge 3G
ATEX) as a set, the serial number of the BLE Gauge is already saved in the memory of the data logger.
In this case, it suffices to select "Automatic" mode. The saved serial number is displayed in the input
field for the serial number, although it cannot be changed.
4. If already known, enter the intended installation height of the pressure sensor in the input field for the
"Sensor Offset" parameter (see "Measurement channels" on page 41).
5. Ensure that the "Trimming" parameter is set to 0 (see "Measurement channels" on page 41).
6. Connect the antenna.
7. To establish a connection, activate setup mode on the required data logger using the solenoid switch
(press and hold for three seconds).
8. Move the data logger from the pool to the desired customer (see "myDatanet Server Manual " 805002).
9. Link the data logger with the created site by selecting the serial number (see "myDatanet Server
Manual " 805002).
10. Initiate another connection establishment by activating setup mode again using the solenoid switch
(press and hold for three seconds) so that the site configuration is transmitted to the data logger.
Note:
You can skip this step, as a connection should also be established during the installation on site,
which transfers the configuration to the data logger at the same time.
11. Remove the antenna again.
The following work is completed directly at the location of the device:
12. Place the pressure sensor and the BLE Gauge in the final installation position (see "Suspended
13. If you have not already done so in the office, enter the installation height of the pressure sensor in the
input field for the "Sensor Offset" parameter (see "Measurement channels" on page 41).
14. Insert the activation module in the data logger. A connection to the server is also established.
15. If you intend to install the data logger in a shaft, you must check that the device can also establish a
GPRS connection in the final installation position when the shaft lid is closed before you leave the place
of use. In any case, you should check whether the zero point needs to be adjusted.
Proceed as follows during this process:
1. Place the device and the antenna in the final installation position (with the shaft lid open).
2. Activate setup mode using the solenoid switch (press and hold for three seconds).
3. Wait until the symbol for the connection establishment is displayed on the device.
4. Close the shaft lid.
