stand when transporting Microsoft Surface Hub on the stand: 

 

Use only the stand provided by Microsoft specific for the model display you have. 

 

Never allow someone to hang from or place heavy weights on the display. 

 

Disconnect the power cord and other cables as needed prior to moving. 

 

Always use two adults to move the stand with the display. 

 

Push or lift the stand only by its designated handles and never push or lift directly 
on Microsoft Surface Hub.  

 

Avoid pushing or lifting on the screen while the screen is hanging on the stand.  

 

Only adults should move Microsoft Surface Hub and its stand. 

 

Move Microsoft Surface Hub and its stand slowly. 

 

Apply force from the narrow side, not from the wide side. 

 

Always push near the middle. Never apply force at the top. 

 

Always push the stand. Do not pull the stand. 

 

Use caution and move slowly when transporting up or down ramps. 

 

Never leave the stand unattended on or near a ramp.  

 

WARNING: Ensure hardware screws are securely tightened 

To reduce the risk of the product falling, ensure that all screws are securely tightened 
before mounting the display. Do not overtighten as this may cause damage and weaken 
the holding strength.
