This box is checked if the output voltage reaches 91% of its set
value.
Latched Off
This box is checked if the regulator output is latched off, due to
four consecutive hiccup events or thermal shutdown.
OverTemp
Shutdown
This box is checked if the MIC23356 enters Thermal Shutdown
(Typ. T
J
= +165°C)
Current Limit
This box is checked if the high-side sensed current reaches the
value set in the “Current Limit” spin box.
Soft Start Done This box is checked after successful regulator soft start ramp.
Boot Up Error
This box is checked if an error occurs while loading the trim and
configuration data into the digital core. At successful start-up, this
box remains unchecked (clear).
Buck Enabled
This box indicates the internal state of the regulator, determined
by enable commands (via EN pin or I

C)
OverTemp
Warning
This box is checked if the MIC23356 junction temperature
e118°C. This does not affect the normal operation of the
device.
