A 24 - months warranty covering defects in material and
workmanship is provided for the MICRO SCOOTER starting from
the date of purchase. During the warranty period it shall be at
the discretion of Micro Mobility Systems Ltd. to decide whether
to repair or replace any products found to be subject to defects
in material or workmanship.
This warranty shall not include damage caused by:
> Improper usages (e.g. Jumps), usage for purposes other than
those intended, negligent handling or normal wear and tear
> external influences (e.g. impact against edges of curbs, rails,
obstacles on road, etc.).
> Improper attempts at repair or modifications.
> incorrect fitting of wheels, ball bearings, springs, boards and
other hardware items.
> Depending on the driving style, the drivers weight and the
nature of the travel surface, the rear wheel must be accord-
ingly replaced from time to time.
> Please use only original micro wheels and secure the axial
screws with a screw securing agent.
Warranty Service
> Make sure you keep your till receipt in a safe place - it is your
proof of purchase. A copy of the receipt has to be submitted
with warranty claims.
To do so, take the product and your receipt back to your
MICRO SCOOTER dealer.
> Your MlCRO SCOOTER dealer will inspect the product and
then make a suggestion as regards to further action.
> Provided that the warranty period is not expired and that your
MICRO SCOOTER dealer has decided that the problem has
been caused by a defect in material or workmanship, your
MICRO SCOOTER will be either repaired or replaced with an
identical or equivalent model.
Important
> This warranty only applies to initial purchasers and is limited
to 24 months from the date of purchase from the retailer.
Make sure you keep your till receipt as it is your proof of
purchase.
> Responsibility for MICRO SCOOTER activities: Always keep in
control and wear protective equipment at all the times. The
liability for guaranteed characteristics and liability in
accordance with the Product Liability Act shall remain there
by unaffected.
> This warranty gives you special legal rights. You may also
enjoy other rights depending on the country or state you live
in. Keep this warranty safe.
