GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY!
Please read these instructions before use and keep them for future reference. If you give or lend this
device to another person, be sure to include this manual.
1. Make sure that the trampoline has been correctly assembled according to the instructions in this
manual.
2. This trampoline must be installed on a flat and horizontal ground. If the ground is uneven, frame
movements may cause stress on the junction areas. Protect fragile floors (laminate, parquet, etc.) by
covering them with an anti-slip floor mat (not included).
3. DO NOT exceed the MAXIMUM WEIGHT of 80 kg.
4. DO NOT allow more than one person to climb on the trampoline at a time.
5. DO NOT wear glasses on the trampoline.
6. DO NOT fall on your lap as this may result in injury.
7. DO NOT use the trampoline outdoors.
8. DO NOT do dangerous jumps - you could be seriously injured.
9. DO NOT allow PERSON to go under the trampoline, sit, stand or lie on the frame when someone
is using the trampoline.
10. DO NOT use the trampoline after consuming alcohol, drugs or medications that could affect your
judgment.
11. ALWAYS wear socks and comfortable clothing when using the trampoline.
12. ALWAYS remove your jewelry when using the trampoline.
13. ALWAYS jump in the middle of the trampoline.
14. ALWAYS follow the safety instructions in the operating instructions and use the protection
provided (7).
15. NEVER wear shoes while using the trampoline.
16. This trampoline is not intended to be used by children under 16 years old.
17. This training device can not be considered as a toy!
18. This device is not intended to be used by persons who do not have sensor or mental integrity or
lack experience and / or knowledge. Such persons may only use this device under the supervision of
an adult who is responsible for their safety and who will explain to them how to use it.
19. Pregnant women should not use this device, or at least not without the permission of their
physician.
20. Stop training immediately if you feel dizzy or weak. In case of nausea, chest or limb pain, palpita-
tions, or any other symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
