OPERATION
This appliance has been designed for general household use only.
Once the Tower Fan has been assembled, correctly connect the supply plug to a suitable 230-240V AC 50 Hz
power outlet.
To turn on the Tower Fan, lift the Control Panel Lid and press one of the Speed Buttons (9). These are listed
below…
1 = Low Speed
2 = Medium Speed
3 = High Speed
To turn the Oscillation function on, simply press the “Oscillation On” button when fan is turned on (8). The fan
will start turning from side to side. To turn this function off, press the “Oscillation Off” button (8).
To turn off the Tower Fan, simply press the ‘0’ (OFF) button (9).
Always disconnect from the power supply when not in use.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Warning: Do not use this appliance near water in bath tubs, basins or other vessels
When using electric appliances always observe safety regulations where applicable to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury.
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
Supply cord and plug.
Always fully unwind any cord to avoid overheating. Never allow the supply cord to come in contact with hot
objects. Do not carry the appliance by the cord or yank the cord to disconnect it from the mains supply.
Disconnect by first switching off the outlet, grasping the plug and pulling it out gently.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
Children

Caution. Keep out of reach of children.
This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons. Young children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Handling

Do not drop the appliance. Do not use this appliance if it has been damaged in any way, immersed in water, the
supply cord is damaged or the operation is faulty. Contact with any damaged appliance could result in electric
shock.
Water
.
Do not immerse.
Do not immerse any part of the appliance or supply cord in water. Do not use with wet hands or use in damp
situations.
Warning
.
Should the appliance fall into water, switch off and pull the power plug from the wall socket
immediately. Do not reach in to retrieve it. Do not use the appliance again until it has been serviced by a
qualified service person.

When used in a bathroom, unplug it when not in use, as the proximity of water presents a hazard even
when the appliance is switched off. For additional protection, have a residual current protection safety device
(RCD) fitted with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 Ma, in the circuit supplying the bathroom.
