BEFORE INITIAL USE
Remove all packaging. Carefully wipe the outer case with a soft damp cloth and dry it afterwards with a dry
towel. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. Check for any damage that may have occurred
during transit. Do not use if the appliance is damaged in any way or if the supply cord is damaged. Immediately
return to supplier for replacement or repair.

ASSEMBLY
Base Assembly
Place the two base plates onto the tower fan bottom, ensuring the supply cord exit channel (7) is located the rear.
Secure with the 4 screws supplied. Ensure that the supply cord is fitted into the retaining clips and exits correctly
through the channel provided (7) and out the rear of the base.
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
•
Ensure that all safety guards are correctly fitted before use.
•
Ensure that all fan blades are securely fitted before use.
•
Ensure that the fan is switched OFF from the mains supply before removing the guard.
•
For fans installed at a high level. Ensure that the fan is installed so that the blades are
•
more than 2.1m above the floor.
•
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid state speed control device
unless that device has been specifically supplied for this fan.
•
Avoid contact with moving parts. Do not insert objects or body parts into the safety grill when the fan
is operating.
•
Do not cover the safety grill or place near curtains.
•
This fan should not be placed in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, wash bowls,
swimming pool or other area were splashing may occur.
