3.2.1 1 Connection to a Metz TV set (type TX) via an audio cable or optical cable
You must register the SW80 in the “Sound” menu.
Registering the SW80 on the TV set:
• Press the
button to open the “Function Overview”.
• Select “Menu” with the cursor key and press the
button.
• Select “Sound” with the cursor key and press the
button.
• Select “SW80” with the cursor key in the shortcut menu and press the
button.
• Select “Mode” with the cursor key and press the
button.
• Use the cursor key to set the mode you want – set “Analogue” for the 3.5 mm audio cable
or the cinch cable, and set “Digital” for the optical cable – and press the
button.
• Press the
button to exit the menu.
3.2.2 Connecting any TV set via an audio cable or optical cable
The TV set should have an audio output that can be regulated.
