3.9.3 Multi-Language Font
This font file may include English (default), French, Hebrew, Latin, Nordic, Portuguese,
Turkish, Russian, Polish, Slavic, Slovak, etc. To display in any of these languages except
English, you need to call
SetLanguage()
to specify the language by region.
3.9.4 Special Fonts
Fonts with file name specifying Tc12 (Traditional Chinese), Sc12 (Simplified Chinese), or
Jp12 (Japanese) are referred to as the special font files. This is because their font size for
alphanumeric characters must be determined by
SetFont()
, either
6x12
or
12x12
. Otherwise,
the characters cannot be displayed properly.
CheckFont
Purpose
To check which font file resides in the flash memory.
Syntax
int CheckFont (void);
Example
n = CheckFont();
Description
This routine checks the font file that resides in the flash memory.

The return value can be one of the following:

: System font only
0x01
: TC (Traditional Chinese)
16x16, Big5 code
0x03
: SC (Simplified Chinese)
16x16, GB code

: KR (Korean)
0x05
: JP (Japanese)
