1. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Hatco w arrants the products that it m anufactures (the
“Products”) to be free fro m defects in m aterials and
w ork m anship, under nor m al use and service, for a period of one
(1) year fro m the date of purchase w hen installed and
m aintained in accordance w ith Hatco’s w ritten instructions or
18 m onths fro m the date of ship m ent fro m Hatco. Buyer m ust
establish the Product’s purchase date by registering the Product
w ith Hatco or by other m eans satisfactory to Hatco in its sole
discretion.
Hatco w arrants the follo w ing Product co m ponents to be free
fro m defects in m aterials and w ork m anship fro m the date of
purchase (subject to the foregoing conditions) for the period(s)
of ti
m e and on the conditions listed belo w :
a) Two (2) Year Parts Warranty:

Warranty on pro-rated terms that Hatco will explain
at Buyer’s request:

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXC L USIVE AND IN
L IEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR
IMP L IED, INC L UDING BUT NOT L IMITED TO ANY IMP L IED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABI L ITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICU L AR PURPOSE OR PATENT OR OTHER
INTE LL ECTUA L PROPERTY RIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Without li m iting the generality of the foregoing, SUCH
WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER: Coated incandescent light
bulbs, fluorescent lights, heat la
m p bulbs, coated halogen light
bulbs, halogen heat la m p bulbs, xenon light bulbs, L ED light
tubes, glass co m ponents, and fuses; Product failure in booster
tank, fin tube heat exchanger, or other w ater heating equip m ent
caused by li m ing, sedi m ent buildup, che m ical attack, or
freezing; or Product m isuse, ta m pering or m isapplication,
i m proper installation, or application of i m proper voltage.
2. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
Hatco’s liability and Buyer’s exclusive re m edy hereunder w ill be
li m ited solely to replace m ent of part or Product using, at Hatco’s
option, ne w or refurbished parts or Product by Hatco or a Hatco-
authorized service agency w ith respect to any clai m m ade
w ithin the applicable w arranty period referred to above. Hatco
reserves the right to accept or reject any such clai m in w hole or
in part. In the context of this L i m ited Warranty, “refurbished”
m eans a part or Product that has been returned to its original
specifications by Hatco or a Hatco-authorized service agency.
Hatco
w ill not accept the return of any Product w ithout prior
w ritten approval fro m Hatco, and all such approved returns shall
be m ade at Buyer’s sole expense. HATCO WI LL NOT BE
L IAB L E, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR
CONSEQUENTIA L OR INCIDENTA L DAMAGES, INC L UDING
BUT NOT L IMITED TO L ABOR COSTS OR L OST PROFITS
RESU L TING FROM THE USE OF OR INABI L ITY TO USE THE
PRODUCTS OR FROM THE PRODUCTS BEING
INCORPORATED IN OR BECOMING A COMPONENT OF
ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR GOODS.
SERVICE INFORMATION
The w arranty on Hatco Toast-Max™ Series toasters is for one
year fro m date of purchase or eighteen m onths fro m date of
shipping fro m Hatco, w hichever occurs first.
If you experience a proble m w ith a Toast-Max™ toaster during
the w arranty period, please do the follo w ing:

When contacting the Hatco dealer for service assistance,
please supply the dealer
w ith the follo w ing infor m ation to
ensure pro m pt processing:
• Model of unit
• Serial nu m ber (located on the side of the unit)
• Specific proble m w ith the unit
• Date of purchase
• Na m e of business
• Shipping address
• Contact na m e and phone nu m ber
The Hatco dealer w ill do the follo w ing:
• Provide replace m ent part(s) as required
• Sub m it w arranty clai m to Hatco for processing

If you experience a non- w arranty proble m that requires
assistance, please contact the nearest Authorized Hatco
Service Agency.
