7.2 Compressor Identification 

 
Each compressor connected to the DCO will 
have a unique assigned compressor 
identification number; starting at compressor 1 
(C1) increasing sequentially to the number of 
compressors connected to the DCO.

7.3 Compressor Sequence:

Compressor sequence assignment is indicated 
by letters: 

A = Duty 
B = First Standby 
C = Second Standby 
D = Third Standby 

 
The first letter in the sequence is the duty 
assignment for compressor 1 (example: C1=A) 
and the second letter for compressor 2 
(example: C2=B). 
 
The number of letters indicates the number of 
compressors in the system. 
 
The assignment will change at each sequence 
change (rotation) event or when a manual 
rotation is initiated.
