1.The max. specified pallet load and the max. load per channel level must not be exceeded.
( see also the technical data on the rating plate )
2.The driver of the fork-lift truck drives with the charged pallet to the pallet location.
3.The driver lifts and manoeuvres the pallet in the required level into the rack aisle keeping a safe distance
away from the supports and the remaining rack structure. In doing so the pallet load is located in the middle
between the rack supports and the fork-lift truck does not tilt forwards.
4.The fork-lift truck moves to delivery position, whereby the pallet must not use the support rails or the rack
structure as a guide rail.
5. The driver carefully lowers the pallet onto the support rails. Any jerking effect or impact while lowering
must be avoided in all cases. As soon as the pallet contacts the support rails, it must not be drawn or
dragged along them.

Auslagerun
For intake racks the order of the storage and
withdrawal from storage of pallets according
to the adjacent illustration must be
observed.
In case of the storage cacle the first pallet is
deposited in position 1 and the rack is
charged from bottom to top and from back
to front.
In case of the withdrawal from storage cycle
the first pallet is withdrawn from position 1
and the rack is discharged from top to
bottom and from front to back.
Pallet quality for intake racks: ( Europallet
1200 x 800 mm ). The quality information for
pallets for intake racks must include the
following requirement: The charged pallet,
which lies on the support rail with a
minimum contact of 20 mm, must not
exceed a bending value of 1/100mm. The
pallet span is the clear nominal width
between the support rails. The quality of the
wood is of great importance for the safe
operation of intake racks. Weak or
damaged pallets, e.g. with broken runners
must not be used. This also applies to the
use of the wrong type of pallet. The
respective supplier can advise you on the
suitable type of pallet.
