Changing the gas bottle
1. The gas cylinder may only be exchanged in the open air and away from combustible materials.
2. Check the bottle tap and appliance tap are completely closed.
3. Unscrew the gas pressure regulator from the gas bottle.
4. Before reassembling the gas pressure regulator, check whether the rubber inlet ring is still present and
undamaged.
5. Screw the swivel of the gas pressure regulator tightly onto the threads of the cylinder valve.
Check the burner operation
Check the burners and control valves at least once a year. If necessary, you must have this replaced by a recognized
installer.
Cleaning
All cleaning and maintenance work must take place with a cooled appliance and with a closed gas supply.
Note: before you start cleaning, make sure that the gas supply is shut off. The gas burners must be cleaned regularly
in order to prevent deposits of fat. If you remove parts during cleaning, ensure that these parts are correctly replaced.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or tools, but professional cleaning agents or soapy water. Dry the parts and the
device thoroughly after cleaning.
