The
Audio setup
menu lets you select the audio settings of the
DVD player.
• Highlight
Audio setup…
in the
Setup
menu, and press
Enter
.
The
Audio setup
menu will be displayed:
DVD player application
The options on the
Application
menu allow you to configure
the audio outputs for optimum performance, depending on the
capabilities of the equipment you are connecting to. For more
information about the applications see
Applications, page 7.

output.

To connect the DVD player to a pair of DSP loudspeakers or a digital surround controller via the L/R MAIN DIGITAL
output.
Main MCh
To connect the DVD player to the multichannel inputs of a Meridian digital surround controller via the L/R,
C/LFE, and SURR MAIN DIGITAL outputs.
HDMI 2Ch
To connect the DVD player to a 2-channel HDMI receiver.
HDMI MCh
To connect the DVD player to a multichannel HDMI receiver.
