– ALARM,
amber
– FAULT,
green
– OK,
LED terminals are directly and independently connected to a terminal
strip which ensures the universal character of the mcr RPO-1
manual emergency pushbutton.
Assembly
The emergency pushbutton should be placed in a location which
allows easy access for users and maintenance staff (if possible along
evacuation routes).
Install the device on a level surface, using appropriate metal
connectors selected in accordance with the substrate material
.
Alarm release
After breaking the glass panel in the device door (CAUTION!
GLASS), push the alarm button (1). The SW1 contact switch will close
the alarm line. A mechanical block will keep the line closed until the
block is released.
Alarm reset
Open the device housing by a special key and release the
mechanical block
of the button, using the lever. Replace the glass panel.
The ALARM RESET (2) button is used to cancel the alarm status
of the control unit and to automatically close the vents after the alarm.
The R1 resistor (10kΩ) connected in series with the SW2 contact
switch ensures appropriate current supply, which is interpreted by the
control unit as the alarm reset signal.
Hold down the button for at
least 1 second!
