INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Check the specifi cation data plate for the correct model number, voltage and wattage.

1. 

Check to insure that the electrical circuit being used to supply electricity to the unit has a sufi cient amperage rating.

2. 

Use the correct NEMA receptacle that corresponds to the plug provided on the unit.

3. 

Place the unit on a fl at and level surface.

4. 

Insert the NEMA plug into the proper NEMA receptacle.

5. 

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Adjust the arm so bulbs are 13” above your product.

1. 

Turn switch to the “ON” position.

2. 

Make any necessary adjustments to the arm to ensure proper product temperature.

3. 

Wash with soft, damp, soapy cloth or sponge.

Rinse with soft, clean, damp cloth or sponge.
