The most common side effects reported while using ASMANEX TWISTHALER include:

headache

muscle and bone pain

painful menstrual periods

back pain

sinus infection

upper respiratory tract infection

nasal allergy symptoms

sore throat

upset stomach

Other side effects: 

Worsening asthma or sudden asthma attacks have been reported with the use of inhaled

mometasone furoate.
Tell your healthcare provider about any side effect that bothers you or that does not go away.
