Locate the Safety Rail (
No.12
) on top
of the bunk floor, ensure the safety
rail is flush to the door panel and
window gable top, as well as the
edge of the bunk, as shown in the
illustration.
Fix in place using 7x50mm screws
through the rail into the bunk floor
and panel framing.

Locate the Plain Gable Top
(No.11)
on top of
the Plain Panel
(No.3),
and the Window
Gable Top
(No.10)
on top of the Door Panel
(No.2),
ensuring to interlock the bottom
board of the gable with the top board of the
panel, as shown in the diagram.
Secure the Gables
(No.10 & 11)
to the panels
below and the tall window panel by screwing
through the framing using 7x50mm screws,
as shown in the illustrations.
Ensure to stagger screws to avoid collision.
Do not secure the building to the Floor
until the Roof is fitted.
