Getting into/out of the vehicle

WARNING
If you leave children unattended in the vehi-
cle, they could set the vehicle in motion by,
for example:

releasing the parking brake
R
shifting the transmission into neutral
R
starting the engine
They could also operate the vehicle's equip-
ment and become trapped. There is a risk of
an accident and injury.
When leaving the vehicle, always take the
key with you and lock the vehicle. Never
leave children unattended in the vehicle.
Example: getting into and out of the vehicle using
the left-hand door

Opening and closing the side win-
dows

WARNING
When opening a side window, parts of the
body can drawn into or trapped between the
side window and the window frame. There is
a risk of injury.
Make sure that nobody is touching the side
window before you open it. If someone
becomes trapped, release the switch or
press the upper section of the switch to
close the side window again.

WARNING
When a side window is closed, body parts
may become trapped in the closing range.
There is a risk of injury.
Ensure that there are no body parts in the
closing range of the window when closing it.
If somebody becomes trapped, release the
button immediately or press the lower sec-
tion of the button to open the side window
again.
The vehicle is equipped with hand cranks or
with power windows, depending on the equip-
ment level.
