Loudness normalisation
The function compensates for differing loudness
when changing between audio sources and within
an audio source. Several levels are available for
this purpose. The currently set level is displayed.
The loudness normalisation can also be switched
off.

Adjusting the balance
#
Move the volume distribution between the
right and left sides of the vehicle in the grid
shown.
The volume is distributed between the speak-
ers on the left and right sides in the vehicle.
Adjusting the fader
#
Move the volume distribution between the
front and rear of the vehicle in the grid shown.
The volume is distributed between the speak-
ers in the front and rear of the vehicle.
% Setting 0 is recommended for high quality
music and voice reproduction.

Setting an existing sound profile

Select a sound profile.
Setting up a personal sound profile

Select Personal sound profile and select
Z . Select Reconfigure and restart the set-
up assistant.
Setting up a personal sound profile for the first
time:
#
Select Personal sound profile .
#
Open the set-up assistant with Start .
#
Observe the messages on the display and
select the preferred settings.
The personal sound profile is created with the
selected settings and can be selected in the
Sound profiles menu.
