iPhone

functions can be used via the multimedia
system using Apple CarPlay ® . They are operated
using the touchscreen, Touch Control or the Siri

voice control system. You can activate the voice
control system by pressing and holding the £
button on the multifunction steering wheel.

By briefly pressing the £ button on the
multifunction steering wheel you can continue
to operate the multimedia system using the
MBUX Voice Assistant (

Only one iPhone ® at a time can be connected via
Apple CarPlay
®
with the multimedia system.
Also for use of Apple CarPlay

with two phone
mode, only one additional mobile phone can be
connected using Bluetooth
® with the multimedia
system.
As access to the iPhone

is restricted by MBUX
when a CarPlay

session is active, not all MBUX
functions (e.g. dialling from the address book) can
be fully provided for the connected device. In this
case use Apple CarPlay

.
The full range of functions for Apple CarPlay

only available with an Internet connection.
