Fitting and removing the towing eye

You can also attach the towing device to the ball

coupling. To fit the ball coupling (

Fitting the towing eye

The exhaust tail pipe may be extremely hot.
There is a risk of burning when removing the
rear cover.
Do not touch the exhaust tail pipe. Use
extreme caution when removing the rear
cover.

Take the towing eye and wheel wrench from

the luggage compartment (

Prise off cover

using a suitable tool.

Screw in towing eye clockwise as far as it will

go.

Tighten the towing eye using the wheel

wrench
