Power switch and selector
The MIX mode is used to mix and prepare the
dough.
The EXT mode is used to feed out the dough from
the container and to shape the required type of
pasta.
In OFF mode the appliance is switched off.
NOTE:
The power switch and selector must be in
the same mode (EXT or MIX).
USE
Before using for the first time
1.
Carefully clean all parts except the motor unit with hot water and washing-up liquid before using for
the first time.
2.
Place the appliance on a level, stable surface.
3.
Read these instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the controls on the appliance and
how they are used before plugging in the power cord.
Fresh pasta
Plug in the power cord.
All recipies are based on 280 g of flour and 120 g of liquid.
Egg pasta
280 g flour
3 eggs
6 g salt
1 tsp oil
The total amount of eggs, oil and salt should be 120 g.
1.
Mix the eggs, salt and oil to smooth mixture.
2.
Add the flour to the container and press MIX.
3.
Pour in the liquid through the opening in the lid.
4.
Allow the mixture to be worked for 3–5 minutes and then press EXT.
Milk pasta
280 g flour
110 ml milk
6 g salt
1 tsp oil
The total amount of liquid (milk, salt and oil) should be 120 g.
1.
Mix the milk, salt and oil to smooth mixture.
2.
Add the flour to the container and select MIX.
3.
Pour in the liquid through the opening in the lid.
4.
Allow the mixture to be worked for 3–5 minutes and then press EXT.
Pasta with carrot juice
280 g flour
110 ml carrot juice
6 g salt
1 tsp oil
The total amount of liquid (carrot juice, salt and oil) should be 120 g.
1.
Mix the carrot juice, salt and oil to smooth mixture.
2.
Add the flour to the container and select MIX.
3.
Pour in the liquid through the opening in the lid.
4.
Allow the mixture to be worked for 3–5 minutes and then press EXT.
